South Florida Card Access Systems
Card access systems, more commonly referred to as access control systems, are a means to achieve better control over who has access to your offices, garage, building or property and when that access shall be granted.
Users gain access by using their assigned access card, key fob or token at a designated access point at your property. Some of the more sophisticated models work with fingerprint or corneal recognition. Dependent on the type of property, you may have several access or entry points. You may select or restrict whether a specific access card can be used at a specific point or during a specific time or day.
Card Access Systems are also commonly used in a condominium or apartment building settings, whereby access is granted to parking areas, building entrances, clubhouse facilities, exercise rooms, swimming pools, etc. You may choose to limit (or revoke) access to a particular card for parts of the property, such as pool or common areas if a person has not paid their maintenance fees or rent, and then easily change it back when they are paid. There is so much versatility to a card access system and it is totally controlled from your computer with simple to follow instructions.
Card access systems also provide a discreet means of tracking the comings and goings of employees, limiting access to areas that are outside of their assigned work space and when warranted, allow you to remove those access privileges altogether, all without the additional cost and disruption needed to re-key traditional doors and locks.
Advanced Fire & Security provides a full range of systems that go from controlling a single door that tracks and controls the access of a few people to a full campus type system that multiple buildings with thousands of users and access points.
